Joseph Park is a managing partner to the Park & Park llp. He has over a decade of experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex corporate and commercial transactions in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, encompassing real estate and commercial property transactions, corporate structuring, business sales, international contract, zoning change, tax abatement, and 1031 exchanges. In addition, he has represented thousands of corporate and individual clients in immigration matters, encompassing non-immigrant and immigrant visas, family and employment based green card, asylum, and deportation trials before federal immigration courts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Particularly, Mr. Park has represented many foreign companies in setting up their overseas sales office, subsidiary, joint venture, and a manufacturing facility in the U.S., handling their employees’s non-immigrant/immigrant status. Mr. Park has been consistently advising Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) of South Korea and Small And Medium Business Administration’s (SMBA) of South Korea and foreign companies involved in their Business Incubator Center programs.
