He took on the case and it was an easy process communicating with him via email and phone. When there were items to discuss or errors to correct, they were quickly fixed and the paperwork was submitted promptly. Brian offered to help when I would need to followup on the case two years later, which he has. When you need to speak to him he will always be there, and if he can't he will email or call back promptly. It's been a pleasure working with him and I'd be happy to work with him again.
